We are perfectionists and we have created packages and services to provide what we would like to be offered ourselves and by doing so, we have set ourselves apart from the majority of professional photographers. We answer all enquiries personally, and particularly for our wedding service we encourage couples to have a no-pressure meeting with us to discuss their plans, and to give you plenty of time to plan your wedding photography with us leading up to the big day. We offer a bespoke service for everyone and work with couples to decide how best to present their package in a truly timeless and memorable way.

All too often photographers simply don't listen to their clients and a bossy and overpowering photographer can ruin your special day (and indeed any event). We operate in a meticulously planned, calm and professional manner which instils confidence and consequently enables couples to relax and enjoy their day. Where possible, we prefer to work with couples to capture their true personalities rather than treat all weddings the same. To ensure this is achieved we consult all couples to create a personal and unique photograph list for every wedding we attend.

How competitive are our prices?
Visionista Photography regularly reviews its packages and prices to ensure we offer our high quality and professional service at very competitive prices. Whatever your requirements, we can guarantee to provide you with a service that is better value for money than any other professional photographer. If you find a similar photography package or service cheaper elsewhere then please let us know. What locations do we cover?
Visionista primarily operates in the Southwest of the UK in areas including Bath, Bristol, Keynsham, Trowbridge, Chippenham, Melksham, Corsham, Devizes, Swindon, Mendip, Wells, Shepton Mallet, Frome, Malmesbury, Swindon, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Wells, Weston Super Mare and many more. But Visionista also operates across the whole of the mainland UK.

How many photographs do we take?
For weddings and theatre work Visionista regularly supply clients with excess of 1000 images. What's more, this is the total number of images after we have carefully screened every single image in an effort to remove images that don't meet our incredibly high standards.

Can I have a mixture of black-and-white and colour photographs?
Yes this can be easily achieved. Once you confirm your booking this is one of the many important details we will check with you.

How do we take payment?
For weddings a deposit is required to book a date with Visionista Photography and this will depend upon the service and package that you request. Upon formal agreement and receipt of deposit, Visionista Photography will reserve the agreed date and time and will not take any bookings which may in any way conflict with this booking. Consequently the deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation by the couple.

Payment for any other package extras must be made when an order is placed. The remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to the date of the wedding. We are more than happy to accept payment in a lump sum or regular instalments.

For all of our other services, a deposit is normally necessary, however the size of this will depend upon the service you require and will be agreed prior to confirmation of your booking. We accept payments by cheque, cash or bank transfer.

How do I order prints of my images?
Email Visionista the unique image reference number, making sure to highlight whether you would like your images printed on matt or gloss paper and whether you would like it in colour or black & white. Visionista will then arrange printing and delivery of your images. Delivery is free for orders over £30, so the price you see is the price you pay! Delivery for orders under £30 is £3.
